Why are these emails so important?
These aren't generic automated messages. Every email we send is written to give you a genuine head start — covering what the course involves, what your options are, what to expect from the call, and how to avoid the common mistakes people make at this stage. Missing them doesn't just mean missing information. It means going into your call less prepared, which almost always leads to a slower start. If you only do one thing right now, make sure the email lands in your Primary inbox and give it a read.
How long until someone calls me?
During office hours — Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm — you can expect a call within around 30 minutes in most cases. Outside of those hours it may take a little longer, but you won't be left waiting without anything to go on. That's exactly why we've already sent you an email covering the essentials. Read it, reply to it, and by the time we call you'll already know what to expect.
Why do I need to reply to the email?
A quick reply — even just "Got it" — does two things. First, it tells our system that your inbox is active and that the email reached a real person, which helps us prioritise your request. Second, it opens a direct thread between you and the team so that if anything comes up before the call, there's already a conversation in place. It takes five seconds and makes a real difference to how quickly things move on our end.
What if I can't find the email?
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first — it sometimes ends up there depending on your email provider. If you use Gmail, look in the Promotions tab. Once you find it, move it into your Primary inbox and mark it as not spam. This ensures future emails from us get through without any issues. If you genuinely can't find it after checking everywhere, just give us a call on 01772 910 930 and we'll sort it from there.
Do I need any experience or qualifications to get started?
No prior qualifications are needed to start your personal training course with Diverse Trainers. Whether you're coming from a completely different career, fresh out of school, or just someone who loves fitness and wants to turn that passion into a profession — we work with people at every level. The team will talk you through the right starting point for you on the call, based on your background and your goals.
How long does the course take?
That depends on the route you choose. We offer self-paced online study, fast-track options, and blended learning — so the timeline is genuinely flexible. Some people qualify in as little as a few weeks. Others prefer to spread it across a few months around work or family commitments. The team will go over all of this with you on the call so you can pick the option that actually fits your life, not just the one that sounds fastest.
Is the qualification recognised across the UK?
Yes. Diverse Trainers is CIMSPA accredited, which is the industry's leading professional standard. Your qualification is recognised by gyms, fitness clubs, and employers across the UK — and in many cases internationally too. We've had graduates go on to work everywhere from local leisure centres to private studios in Dubai. The accreditation travels with you.
