Whats Included In The Level 3 In Developing Pre & Post Natal Exercise

QUALIFICATION

The online Level 3 in Developing Pre & Post Natal Exercise sessions is aimed at Personal Trainers already working in the fitness industry who wish to enhance their knowledge and understanding which will enable them to deliver pre & post-natal exercise sessions.

Many of those who complete the Level 3 in Developing Pre & Post Natal Exercise sessions often go on to complete the Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification and the Level 4 Master Practitioner qualification to further their knowledge.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Students must hold a recognised Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent.

COURSE CONTENT

The course itself is made up of 2 units. Our tutors have over 20 years of industry experience, giving all our students the opportunity to learn from their knowledge and experience.

Pre & Post-Natal Exercise Instructor Course Units

Unit 1 – Exercise and the pre and post-natal client

Knowledge and understanding of the benefits of exercise for pre and post-natal clients, covering stages and effects of pregnancy, barriers and how to overcome, along with supporting pre/post-natal clients.

Unit 2 – Plan exercise for pre and post-natal clients

Knowledge of planning exercise for pre and post-natal clients, covering sequencing and exercises, along with the safety considerations

COURSE DURATION & ASSESSMENT

The assessment and duration of the Level 3 in Developing Pre & Post Natal Exercise sessions qualification can see you qualify in just 4-6 weeks by choosing our fast track learning option. The qualification is assessed by completing a coursework portfolio.

 

You can take up to 2 years to complete the qualification.
