Whats Included In The Level 3 Diploma in Reformer Pilates

Qualification

The Pilates Reformer Instructor qualification is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to instruct clients using the Pilates Reformer. This course covers the fundamental principles of Pilates, anatomy, and physiology relevant to reformer exercises, and a comprehensive range of reformer techniques and modifications suitable for various fitness levels and special populations. This course is designed for those who have completed a Level 2 fitness Pilates qualification or equivalent.

Entry Requirements

Students need to have completed a fitness level 2 fitness instructor qualification or equivalent to enroll on the level 3 Reformer Pilates qualification. A level 3 Diploma in delivering Pilates qualification would be beneficial but not essential to undertaking this qualification.
