Blended Learning: this learning style combines traditional face to face learning at a state of the art gym or fitness centre with distance learning using our e-learning platform.
Online Learning: our online learning option is completed 100% online. Students receive expert intuition via a series of live webinars which cover a range of the course topics and supplement the e-learning.

Training Weekend: With our blended learning option students will receive face to face teaching with one of our expert tutors. They will also get the chance to network with other students on the course and gain experience of working within a gym environment.
Accountability: With the blended learning students will book their practical and assessments in advance. This provides students with some accountability as they will need to work through certain course modules before they complete their assessments.
Flexible: The e-learning aspect of the blended learning is extremely flexible with no set deadlines for completion of the accompanying coursework portfolio. The study can also be completed on the go using a laptop, tablet or mobile. This helps student’s fit the study around their schedules.
BENEFITS OF ONLINE LEARNING COURSES
No attendance days: With our online courses there are no attendance days required, instead students receive teaching via a series of live webinars. This makes it a great option for those who have busy schedules and don’t have the time to attend any face to face training. This also means the course can be completed Nationwide.
No Set Deadlines: There are no set deadlines for the online learning option. Students are able to book their exams and submit their video assessments when they feel ready to do so. This allows students to make their own schedule and fit their study and assessments around into their lifestyle.
Fast Track: If you are wanting to become qualified in a short time frame the online learning option is the best route to take. This is because there are no attendance days to complete and so the duration of the course is determined by how long it takes the student to complete the online study/assessments.
The course format has no impact on the final outcome of the course as both options with lead to the same qualification which is Active IQ, REPs and CIMSPA accredited. Both blended and online learning students will also receive support from our dedicated student support team. Therefore, deciding whether to go with the Blended or Online option is totally dependent on which they feel is the best fit for them.
