JAKE ALEXANDER ROBERTS

I’m 19 years old, born and living in North Wales, Anglesey. I’m heavily into my fitness and have taken up weight training this year. I use to hit the gym occasionally during 6^th form in school, but it’s this year that I’ve really started to diet properly and eat correctly to support my training. Fitness and lifting weights has become a huge part of my life and I can never see myself stopping, as soon as you start to see results it’s the most satisfying feeling ever, and that itself is what I’m hooked on. I aspire to be a great personal trainer with my own gym suite to train my clients in and to also complete more related courses in the future to expand my arsenal and opportunities within the industry. My thoughts on the course with Diverse Trainers.. Firstly I have to say that I really enjoyed my experience with Diverse Trainers, I felt extremely comfortable as the tutors are very friendly and welcoming. The course itself was brilliantly structured and the tutors squeezed every drop out of each topic to ensure a high understanding and practice of all the course components. The classes were relatively small so everyone was given great amounts of attention and encouragement to get involved in both theory and practical tasks. The tutors are all very understanding and strive to bring out the potential in you, as well as being very clear and precise when conducting the lessons. I highly recommend Diverse Trainers as they are by far the most affordable and yet offer a great service. The support throughout the course is also fantastic, simply pick up the phone and they are happy to help.
