Diverse Trainers take pride in providing excellent support throughout our courses. This is to ensure your experience is enjoyable, informative and you are guided throughout the qualification. You will receive support from your personal tutor who will guide you through the qualification assign you a clear action plan to guide your home study. This action plan will outline deadlines for coursework hand in times. Your tutor will have arranged calls booked in with yourself to outline and discuss your progress on the course, go through some revision questions and provide feedback on the coursework.

The Diverse Trainers student support team are accessible to all learners MON-FRI 9am-5pm and will offer you support via email, phone and Skype if required. You will receive other support documents when signing up that will help guide you through the qualification and help you understand all the elements of the course, in addition to answering any questions that may arise throughout the course. When on the course teaching days you will supported by a tutor that is experienced within the industry and willing to support you throughout the course answering questions, giving advice on careers and ensuring you are competent as a fitness professional.
